Day One was an easy one. Pick a diet, and then a back up diet for when and if that one gets boring, I plateau etc. So I chose Weight Watchers Flex Program and then Weight Watchers Core Program for down the road.
Day Two will be interesting. Every single bite, lick and taste of food must be eaten sitting down. Mindfully. With no book, magazine, no computer, no music, no tv. Heck one of the meals says no company LOL!! Now, I already did this once last week, but i'll do it again Sunday just to make sure i'm doing this right and not skipping any steps.
I also need to make my own Response Cards so out come the infamous index cards and markers lol!!
