Ok good news is, i completed eating mindfully!!! Every bite, lick and taste was eaten sitting down, without distraction, except for dinner. We had DH"s Mr. Hottie Friend over for dinner, so i made my famous pork roast, potato, broccoli, corn and multi grain croissants. Not to mention Super Fun Salad lol
Anyways i stayed within my points (omg what a light food day i had lol) and it was quite delish:)
I ate mindfully.
I wrote out my Response Card "Do It Anyway". I have one on the fridge. One on the treadmill. One in my cards that will be in my bag at all times.
I read my reasons for wanting to lose weight this morning, and just now (after dinner so i don't munch anymore)
Whew, a good Beck Day, a good W.W. day ..a good Lisa day!!

Eating mindfully is hard! Good for you, I know it is something I always have to stay on top of. Nice to find you! :)
I am impressed! I am still stuck on the cards and I have had the book for quite a number of weeks. My latest excuse is that I have no pen. I think my son eats them. Way to go on getting through day three.
